Key responsibilities:

• Set-up and Operation of a CNC machines that may include Laser tables, Sanding equipment, Waterjet Tables, and Press Brakes.
• Program selection
• Tooling Selection
• Reading and Interpreting technical drawings
• Measuring parts using a variety of tools and ensuring all parts meet quality requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years' relevant brake press experience.
• Good computer skills.
• Proven skills to interpret and understand technical drawings including tolerances.
• Selecting correct tooling to match necessary forming of parts.
• Forming a varied range of parts, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Familiar with testing and measuring devices.
• Ability to read metric and imperial measuring devices.
• Ability to work shift work if necessary.
• High attention to detail.
• Proven team player.
• Strong work ethic.
• Preference will be given to those with CNC Brake Press programming software experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 1 year experience carrying out GMAW welding on a production line is preferred
• Proven skills to interpret and understand technical drawings including tolerances
• Experience using hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to think critically and problem solve.
• Ability to work in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner.

• Familiar with testing and measuring equipment.
• Level C certification is an asset. Current CWB tickets are an asset.

The position will own the quote workflow, CRM infrastructure, proposal development, and sales enablement tools, allowing the Business Development team to focus on customer development and revenue generation.

This role is ideal for someone who understands manufacturing quoting and technical estimating, but is equally motivated to build processes, systems, and tools that scale commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service via phone and email
• Lead RFQ intake and manage the end-to-end quoting process.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to prepare competitive quotations.
• Coordinate costing inputs with engineering, purchasing, and production teams.
• Manage quote approvals, documentation, and submission timelines.
• Deploy and maintain CRM systems to support pipeline management and reporting.
• Develop and maintain sales collateral, proposal templates, and capability materials.
