Qualifications

Sales Order Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in West Kelowna.  This role combines technical estimating capability with commercial operations ownership, ensuring RFQs are processed efficiently while establishing the infrastructure that enables disciplined sales execution.

 

The position will own the quote workflow, CRM infrastructure, proposal development, and sales enablement tools, allowing the Business Development team to focus on customer development and revenue generation.

 

This role is ideal for someone who understands manufacturing quoting and technical estimating, but is equally motivated to build processes, systems, and tools that scale commercial performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service via phone and email
  • Lead RFQ intake and manage the end-to-end quoting process.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to prepare competitive quotations.
  • Coordinate costing inputs with engineering, purchasing, and production teams.
  • Manage quote approvals, documentation, and submission timelines.
  • Deploy and maintain CRM systems to support pipeline management and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, proposal templates, and capability materials.
  • Maintain a centralized quoting repository and historical cost database.
